Mindfulness and Wellbeing Drop-in

Mindfulness and Wellbeing Drop-in In-Person

The Library will be offering a chilled out space for staff and students to spend some mindful me-time.

 

We will be offering the following activities for mindfulness and wellbeing:

  • Knit and natter
  • Colouring books
  • Jigsaws
  • Creating lavender bags 
  • Varied selected wellbeing collection books

 

Herbal and fruit teas will be provided.

 

The drop-in will be held in the Library Learning Space (LLS), located within the Peter Marsh Library.
