Sourcing Information - Advanced In-Person
If you are familiar with the basics of using Discover@UGM but want to know more about advanced search techniques, then this workshop is for you.
The workshop will outline the basics of how to locate and access these resources, as well as how to:
- Use them effectively in order to find relevant information for your assignments
- Learn about all the various advanced search techniques available on Discover@UGM
- Further your knowledge on applying effective techniques such as Boolean logic, truncation, proximity searching and more
After the workshop you should feel more confident using and searching the different library resources.
The workshop will be held in the Library Learning Space (LLS), located within the Peter Marsh Library.
