IT Support (Drop-in)
Students have the opportunity to drop-in to a free IT session that aims to explore barriers that impact on learning and the academic journey, including (but not limited to):
- MS Office 365 installation
- SPSS and Nvivo
- Device Connectivity (wi-fi): Mobile devices and laptops
- Moodle App Support
- My Bolton App (how to setup /install)
- Zoom (how to setup/install)
- Outlook 365
If you're experiencing any issues relating the above areas, or maybe something else, please feel free to drop-in and see one of our IT experts.
Please ensure that you bring your mobile device with you to the session.
