Feeling down? The longer nights getting to you? You’re not alone! Approximately 2 million people in the UK experience those “winter blues” each year. In this workshop, we’ll discuss how you can better understand your emotions, increase your motivation levels and mood, and give you the skills to connect to a wider community, both in and outside of the university.
