Healthy Relationships In-Person
A major part of mental wellbeing is relationships and the people with whom we surround ourselves. These include friendships, colleagues, family, partners and acquaintances. The holidays can create more tension and personality clashing, and it’s important to identify and maintain healthy boundaries while also being able to communicate your needs effectively. This workshop will give you the skills to cultivate and nurture healthy relationships, maybe most importantly the one you have with yourself.
