Managing Anxiety In-Person

In this 6 session workshop, we will gain an understanding of Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), social anxiety, exam anxiety, and maths anxiety. We will work on building coping mechanisms and learn helpful strategies to navigate the common experience of anxiety. This workshop aims to support you in combating day-to-day worries and instils confidence to manage anything your busy university life throws your way.

3 October 2022: Generalised Anxiety & Anxious Thoughts

4 October 2022: Coping Strategies for Generalised Anxiety and Worry

10 October 2022: Social Anxiety

11 October 2022: Social Anxiety and Changing Behaviours

17 October 2022: Exam/Results Anxiety: Tackling exams & processing assignment feedback

18 October 2022: Maths Anxiety
