Service Workshop

Service Workshop Online

As part of the Staff Engagement exercise to understand opportunities to improve services and for deeper collaborative working of professional and academic support services across the University Group, we will be running a series of ‘Service Workshops’. These will be led by MetaValue Director – Meeta Thareja (profile below).

The aim of these sessions is to gain support and professional services staff’s perspectives and hear your views about the services, the opportunities for improvement, and what benefits of collaborative working at a Group level should be explored. The sessions are meant to be interactive and we encourage everyone to share their ideas and views freely. Your views will inform and shape the future of the way we deliver our services to support the learner / student/ client journey.

This is an online event and will be held by Zoom.
